Makeup for Film/Television 1: An Introduction goes through the basic tools and needs to surviving a day on set whether it be for a low budget indie, or a huge theatrical blockbuster.
Topics of discussion will include:
How to read your Call Sheet
How to fill out your start paperwork
How to be adequately prepared no matter what the weather is or how long the hours are
Who to ask questions for basic things like locating the restrooms, where you can get a snack or drink, finding the set medic if needed
Basic kit items that every makeup artist MUST have in their set bag
Proper sanitation of your area and supplies
