The CINEMA ProGRAM
CINEMA is a transformative workforce development initiative that trains opportunity youth, who are young people between the ages of 18 and 24 who are disconnected from work or college, to obtain Information Communication Technology oriented entry-level jobs in the entertainment industry. For 10 weeks, CINEMA participants learn and apply skills related to content creation and film production. They will also take courses in Film Industry Basics and Life Skills as well as participate in site visits with local industry leaders. The program concludes with a work opportunity with the Atlanta Film Festival and an extended internship sourced from entertainment firms sitting on our Advisory Council.
