This month at Eat, Drink & B-Indie, join ATLFS for a moderated discussion with the team at RE:IMAGINE featuring Executive Director, Julie Straw, Apprentices, Laila (Jhané) Harrison and Kennya Simms, and Founder/Creative Director of Timberhouse Films, Dr. Arshley Emile. They will showcase RE:IMAGINE’s Workforce Development Pipeline and apprenticeship model that is generating jobs for Gen Z creatives and local film industry professionals. RE:IMAGINE’s employment social enterprise and workforce initiative has been strengthened by partnerships with film and media leaders like NBC Universal, Company3, Warner Bros Discovery, and up-and-coming independent production companies. They not only provide a supportive community, but also paid work opportunities for creative media professionals of all ages.

RE:IMAGINE (originally re:imagine/ATL) is an education and workforce development organization for the creative media industry. They exist to equip the next generation

of representative storytellers through exposure, training, and placement. RE:IMAGINE envisions a safe, inclusive, and equitable workforce in the film and digital media industry.
