Tarantino Retrospective

In anticipation of the release of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the 9th film from Quentin Tarantino, The Plaza Theatre and the Atlanta Film Society will host a special retrospective series featuring the previous eight films from the writer-director.

Starting Thursday, July 11th, The Plaza will present screenings of Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction (25th anniversary), Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vols. 1&2, Death Proof, Inglourious Basterds, Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight over the course of two weekends. With each ticket purchase to one of the eight retrospective screenings, attendees will receive a complimentary pass to attend the advance screening of the new film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, which will release in theaters nationwide on Friday, July 26th. The advance screening will take place at The Plaza on July 24th.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The new film features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.
