Atlanta Film Society presents New Mavericks
Presented by the Atlanta Film Society, New Mavericks supports women involved in various aspects of the Atlanta film community to achieve a strong voice in the local industry.
Do you write, produce or direct? Do you edit, shoot or animate? Maybe you want to be a gaffer, an AC or a grip? The ATLFS New Mavericks programming is evolving to highlight female excellence, as well as delve into the craft of filmmaking disciplines both above and below the line. Each quarter will focus on a department in the industry and will feature screenings, salon series, hands-on-workshops, and networking opportunities.
The Atlanta Film Society is proud to support and highlight the work of female filmmakers through our New Mavericks programming and we want to know what content you'd like to see! The following survey will ask about your interests and work related to filmmaking and will be used by the Atlanta Film Society staff to more accurately gauge the types of events most strongly desired by our community

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with her, after the presentation, to get advice on how to prepare for their next project.
